Row 12 of the turn heel instruction should read:
Sl1, P15, P2tog, P1, turn.
Row 14 of the turn heel instruction should read:
Sl1, P15, P2tog (18 sts remain).
Knit across these 18 sts so that ndl is in postion to pick up sts along the right side of the heel flap.
